Sherman Firefly – Sherman V Tulip

The M4 Sherman was the most produced American tank during WWII. Approximately 50,000 of all versions were produced between 1942 and 1945.
It has a crew of 5.
It is armed with a 75mm gun, 2 Browning 7.62 machine guns and sometimes an M2 machine gun on the turret.

The Firefly version is a British modification that replaces the 75mm gun with a 17pd gun. The box gun was removed to make room for the larger shells of the new gun.
Approximately 2200 conversions were carried out.

The Tulip version is a field modification. Typhoon rockets were added to each side of the turret.
