If a Super Bowl Championship is what you are after then Roger Staubach is the QB for you.  Leading the Dallas Cowboys to 4 (SBVI, SBVIII, SBXII & SBXIII) in his tenure plus 10 division titles may make Staubach the best of all time.  Did I mention that the Cowboys lost 2 more Super Bowls  (SBVII & SBXIV) under his leadership as well...that makes 6 SB appearances in 11 seasons!  Combine that with an all-time QB Rating of 101.8 with 204 TD passes...he is no doubt a first time ballot hall of famer.
